Keepsake

With their omnipresence in the Tibetan landscape, mani stones symbolize for me the unity of nature, people, culture and religion of Tibet. My visit to the country in 1996 has made a deep impression on me. This piece of mani stone, staying with me ever since, keeps the memory alive.
