Girl takes picture of little red flowers against green leaves. Fine flowers. Fine girl.

Her attentive look perceives colour, life, beauty in a tiny detail of nature. Her gesture reveals a modest, sensitive mind.

And I ?  I see the outstretched arm, lovely arm, fathom the scene at a glance and perpetuate the moment.

Two looks, two minds, and a flower. Drawn by invisible lines into a triangular field of interacting forces.

  1. Very nice post. I don’t think of myself as the photographer of being “part” of the photo. But your lovely, poetic description has given me a lot to think about. Thanks!
