“This, or maybe that? No, let’s put on this white blouse today, with the yellow sweater on top.”
This is what the girl may have thought in the morning, standing in front of her open wardrobe, before she got dressed and left the house. And there she is then, with her beautiful wealth of black hair above her white and yellow dress, nicely matching the colours of the Golden Temple in the Kinkaku-ji park.
It can of course be purely coincidental, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she – deliberately or unconsciously – was guided in her choice of clothes by the picture in her head of the colour scheme of this famous temple.
It would fit in well with the almost proverbial aesthetic sensitivity of the Japanese mind.

Today, while I was at work, my sister stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a 30 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
